What data we process

Suplepedia has no registration or contact forms, and does not request personal data to browse the site.

Data is only processed in two cases:

• Usage analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand in aggregate how the website is used (pages visited, approximate device). This tool does not use cookies and does not collect information that could personally identify you; the data is processed in pseudonymised form by means of temporary identifiers that are not stored persistently.
• Email. If you voluntarily write to us at info@suplepedia.com, we will process the data included in your message (email address and content) for the sole purpose of replying to you.

Purpose and legal basis

• Analytics data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in understanding the aggregate use of the site to improve its content, without this allowing specific individuals to be identified.
• The data in an email is processed on the basis of your consent, given by sending us the message, and for the sole purpose of handling your enquiry.

Retention

Analytics data is retained in aggregate form in accordance with Vercel's policies. Emails are kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and are then deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to retain them.

Recipients and data processors

We do not share data with third parties for commercial purposes. The following providers are involved in the technical operation of the site and act as data processors:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and usage analytics.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — domain management and network services.

These providers may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area, in which case the international transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or other equivalent mechanisms).

Your rights

To the extent applicable —that is, in respect of data that can identify you, such as that contained in an email you send us—, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to info@suplepedia.com. The data processed by the analytics does not allow you to be identified, so these rights cannot be exercised over it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be amended to adapt to regulatory changes or changes to the site itself. Any change will be published on this page.
